I served the Microsoft Content Team as a writer, on contract through Accenture, with a focus on B2B email.

In a team meeting, I showed how I rewrote an email in a nurture series for an internal stakeholder. Below is the initial text:

To start, I clarified the main points, and made the copy more conversational.

Then, I pared it down to essentials, highlighting just one umbrella product. My stakeholder was happy.
